  This place is an overpriced dump. The requirtment for 3 prong outlets became the standard for new construction in the 60's but half the outlets in my unit are 2 prong and loose enough that 2 prong plugs frequently fall out. My a/c unit is over 35 years old, undersized, and broke for the 3 hottest days of the summer, with no compensation, and they didn't even replace it. Bubble gum and duct tape. About half the vents don't work either. The laundry mat on site has been closed for 3 weeks with no sign of reopening anytime soon. The parking is abysmal and too small in areas for anything bigger than a civic. The oven is so old you can't read the temperature you're setting it to. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors every foot step, them vacuuming, doing dishes, kids screaming, etc.. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart and had random globs of paint just dumped onto them. When I first moved in they forgot to install a sill on the back door and every time it rained, water poured into my kitchen. I wish I had put in more time shopping around for apartments. Not even the full list of issues with this place.
