  I toured with Daniel today and he was amazing! We looked at the Tripple Crown floor plan as well as the Lexington. Totally excellent floor plans with beautiful kitchens. The Lexington has my heart because it’s a two bedroom but with an extra loft, giving a very modern and urban vibe that feels intimate.

  My experience with Daniel was great , Everything was extremely seamless , from the tour , to the application, to the move in , communication was great and consistent. Every question I had was answered. So far so good I’m loving the community

  i’ve lived at this complex as my first move into an apartment, i thought i was getting a luxary move in everything was nice, my tour was lovely, staff was nice even though i wasn’t told that the gates were “broken” which would’ve been a deal breaker for me immediately & not even a month in there was problems & promises to fix it .. to this day only about 6 months of being here same story different day same outcome.. its come to a point i dont even come home due to the disappointment in the maintenance issues. Looks good on the outside.. but inside ? behind the walls is terror, parking is crazy, trash that’s not mine in my valet bin.leaks nearly every month or so & they have a no pest policy but constantly seeing bugs everywhere ..weekend emergency work orders don’t get taken care of until the next business day. i wish i could break my lease here immediately.

  I toured with Daniel and I like the Lexington I like the open concept the kitchen the spacious bedroom. The bathroom was nice and the sound is well insulated.
