Bizzaro, she's such a sweet person, she really outdid herself by working through it all with me, and making sure I get the comfort that I needed. The environment is conducive and serene. Just a word, she makes sure, everything is in order. Thank you Letty for being so kind and attentive to me.

He went out of the office searched the property to see if they were still here and the. Got them to come back and take care of my property before leaving. Customer service from James was top notch.

She spoke to me in a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional way that no customer should ever experience. Her attitude was so bad that it immediately made me question whether I could trust this property or its management. Claudia did not act like a manager, and in my opinion, she does not deserve to hold this position or work in any customer-facing establishment. Because of this encounter, I walked away immediately. This is no way to treat potential tenants, and management should seriously reconsider who represents their community.
