The community is really well taken care of and clean. The landscaping is always gorgeous and well kept. They hold lots of fun resident events. Interacting with the staff is always such a pleasure! The girls in the office are wonderful and the Maintence team is friendly, fast and always professional. I ❤️ Walton Communities!

One of the biggest perks for me is the private balcony. The building itself feels safe and well-maintained. It’s quiet, neighbors are respectful, and management has been responsive and helpful any time I’ve reached out. Move-in was smooth, and everything was clean and ready when I got the keys. Overall, this has been a really positive experience, and I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern apartment with a few nice extras.
