One of the biggest perks for me is the private balcony. The building itself feels safe and well-maintained. It’s quiet, neighbors are respectful, and management has been responsive and helpful any time I’ve reached out. Move-in was smooth, and everything was clean and ready when I got the keys. Overall, this has been a really positive experience, and I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern apartment with a few nice extras.

- MHMimi HofstetterJan 20, 20225.0Walton Centennial is a cut above every apartment complex I've lived in before. Everyone who visits comments how beautiful the neighborhood is. I feel secure letting my kids run around because of the gated (really! Not the sitting open all the time gates) community, the sidewalks throughout the neighborhood, the huge playground, and importantly the PooPrints program which keeps the property fre of pet waste. Because all the kids play together, and the community events encourage mingling, there is a sense of community that is foreign to most apartment complexes. I highly recommend this neighborhood.

I was struck by the beauty of the tree-lined roads and the wide, inviting verandahs of the units providing a great spot to enjoy the outdoors. I particularly liked the very wide and well-lit stairwell, and loved the unit I saw (with an awesome verandah/deck at tree-top height). Great facilities including a pool, gym and kids' play area. Absolutely did not look like a typical apartment building but more like a neighbourhood, and that drew me in! Shelby was so friendly and we had great conversation, and she was also very knowledgeable and professional. Going to Walton Centennial was the highlight of that particular day for me!
