  Muy buena la gestión de las personas de la nueva administración se ve el cambio que están haciendo, todo mas limpio y mas organizado poco a poco pero con paso firme se puede mejorar la apariencia para que se vea mas bonito.

  Debo de reconocer la experiencia y capacidad de la nueva administración el managuer Cristina Torres lo mejor que a tenido esta propiedad en mi estancia viviendo en la propiedad la recomiendo un 100 por ciento para decir verdad hay muchos cambios positivos en la propiedad en muy poco tiempo Grasias Cristina Torres por sus esfuerzos🙏

  The maintenance guy Shaheem was very acknowledged at his job. He’s an amazing employee He’s very knowledgeable of his job and I think he took care of me. He treated me like he was staying in the apartment and that Says a lot once again, Shaheem is awesome from a number from 1 through 10 being awesome I give him 10+10

  If you live in Georgia, DO NOT move to Crossings at Holcomb Bridge while managed under ZRS Management. When I moved in, the bathroom was stained. I was promised that they could resurface it shortly after I moved in. I requested a resurfacing and all they did was spray paint the tub. I've put in work order after work order and all the mainteance team does is ignore my requests and mark it as "resolved". I know they are not coming to inspect anything at my apartment b/c I work from home. The paint in the bath tub is stripping due to wear and tear of running the water. Of course, I take a shower every day so the water warps the paint and the holes are filling up with water which is a breeding ground for gnats/flies. I try to drain it and turn on the bathroom fan but it doesn't work. No matter how much I complain to the mangement team and staff in the front office, I'm getting ignored. Look at these pictures! Would you, the owner and executive team at ZRS, want to take a shower in this tub!!????? I bet you wouldn't! Anyone thinking of moving to any property managed by them: DON'T DO IT. Pay extra to live somewhere nice. I want this issue resolved ASAP and I don't want to be charged "extra" for it after I move out! I also want my full $1000 deposit back because I did nothing wrong. I didn't damage it. Your property management company was just being cheap and hired someone to spray paint a bath tub.Who does that? I'm paying $1500+ in rent each month to live like this and the rent keeps increasing each year and I keep paying my bills ON TIME. NEVER MISSED a payment just to be treated like I don't exist.
