From day one, the management team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely kind—they make you feel like more than just a tenant. I know that no apartment complex is perfect, but here they truly make an effort to give their best. The service, attention, and friendliness of the staff are on top. They are always willing to help and handle situations in the best possible way. That really makes a difference and makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of as a resident. It’s a place where you can truly see the commitment to the community and the respectful treatment toward residents.

Whenever issues are reported, I’m told they don’t have answers, and if I push for a solution, I’m told I’m “welcome to leave the apartment.” In the winter, the heating system does not work, and in the summer, the AC doesn’t work. The heating has been down multiple times, including once for up to 15 days, with no proper explanation or resolution. There are also frequent water shortages, and I’ve gone two consecutive days without water. Living here has been incredibly frustrating. I do not recommend this place at all.
