  They are so clean, and a safe and peaceful place! Maintenance, people are very fast at responding and getting the issue resolved. I love it here! I have 3 kids and I live in a 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom. I love it! And this was the cheapest place that has 3 bedrooms. That was nice, And clean and safe, and they do allow animals! An apartment manager herself is very sweet and so understanding!

  I reached out to tour on Monday, there wasn’t anything available, so I scheduled my appt through the appt link for Friday & confirmed it. It was a full day of times. I get a text & email this morning stating, “My appt has been canceled & if I want to reschedule for another time, they’ll be happy to help.” I asked why was it cancelled, the text stated, “I will consult with a colleague and get back to you regarding the reason for the cancellation.” I also emailed and asked why it was cancelled, no response. I called a few mins ago, the phone picks up the voicemail, you have to leave a msg. This is so unprofessional! I’ll move on to another apt complex.

  I just started my 4th lease here. Over the past few years, there have been several owners and office managers that really let the place go. However, the current office manager Brittney and the maintenance man Noah have turned the place around. My apartment was neglected and as soon as they started, they fixed all the problems in my apartment. Both of them are so kind and do their best to take care of you and your home. The units themselves are nice and quiet. People stay to themselves. Since the complex is built into a mountain, some of the balconies have beautiful views. I love it here and I intend on being here for years to come.

  I do not recommend this place , was going to lease an apartment with them and was promised a set day and apartment number and was told otherwise , just a week in advance that the apartment would no longer be available. I was then promised my application fee back after the fact and it’s been months and still nothing . Very unprofessional if you ask me !
