The entire process from start to finish has been smooth, well informed, friendly, on time, and welcoming. From the project managers, Brad and Connor, to the sales representative, Shawn, everyone I have worked with has been an absolute pleasure. They have been professional, knowledgeable, willing to help, and consistently responsive any time I had questions. The pricing on these new homes is a no brainer. It made no sense to pay more for a home that was ten to fifteen years old when I could purchase a brand new home with warranties for less. The timing was perfect for me, the selection of home models was generous, and I would gladly go through this process again.
