    I came to Reserve at Garden Lake and Miss Teriah Kincheloe helped me so well. She also made sure that everything was explained in detail. The apartments she showed was so amazing! She also was very patient and welcoming! I love how she broke down the payments and calculations!

    I have applied at this property two weeks ago before I applied I asked straight questions what will disqualify you what does your score have to be then I lead with exactly what I had going on I’m a very persistence person she told me if your denied we go through a third party to make sure your approved I was denied but yet they didn’t go through the third party took my money I ask why was I denied she told me to call back speak to the manager when I called back several times she was not available now I’m out my money still need to find a place by the end of this week I have a new born baby no family here to turn to how is this a second chance place and doesn’t help yet I meet the income requirements

    Horrible experience at these apartments from the time I relocated here in March 2024. My first meeting was in December 2023 for me to see the apartment I traveled 4hrs to get here for the appointment that Tynisha the supervisor set up. Got here on time the office was closed. Nobody in sight then not to mention she pretended as if she wasn’t the one who set my appointment to see the apartment. Red flag #1 The maintenance man had to show the apartment to me. Then after that I picked the apartment that I wanted and liked paid my deposit and everything for it. Red flag#2 Not even a week before I supposed to move in I received an email saying that they had changed my apartment number to another one. Due to them fixing the pavement in front of it. Ok boom get into the new apartment it wasn’t clean at all it had stains on the floor. Which I thought was soda or coffee stains found out what the stains really was after a week of living here.Red flag#3 The assistant told me that this apartment had been vacant for a long time. Within that 1st month of living here I experienced flooding in my bedroom, kitchen and coat closet every time it rain. I also encountered waking up with a Bee by my head on my pillow. Black spiders coming in from cracks water bugs and centipedes. I put in orders for pest control at that time They ignored them. Comes to find out we paying for pest control and they didn’t even have a contract with one. They put letters on our doors letting us know that. So ok next am cleaning my toilet lift up the top and found black mold in the toilet. I called and made a report nobody came out for weeks. When the maintenance man finally came he scrubbed the mold and had it everywhere all over my white shower curtains. And the mold was still there as it is to this day. I also have proof of pictures and emails of everything that I will be posting as well. Not only mold is in the bathroom it’s in the coat closet going up the walls and in my windowsills in the bedroom, also in the corners of the walls. I had to throw away shoes and my grandmother memorial sweater. I also have water damage on the floor in bedroom. I even asked to be removed to a different apartment and was willing to pay the difference. They denied me not only that ignored every complaint. Oh and the mold that is on the outside of my apartment door on the wall and on my front door. Which is still there as we speak. It also floods in front of my front door. The assistant came and took pictures of everything and they still did nothing about it. When they finally got someone out here they talking about it’s just mildew. Duh that’s mold they still never did anything about it. You call they don’t answer you can never talk to the supervisor or landlord what ever they go by. You only can talk to the assistant and she doesn’t know everything she still has to ask them. They are only about money they don’t care about the apartments at all and can care less about the residents. The Gate is always broken, mailboxes are open with ppl mail every where. You can smell marijuana in your apartment coming from other people apartment. Even when you step outside. The gym equipment doesn’t work, the laundry room is filthy they don’t clean it. The washers doesn’t work an the dryers don’t dry properly. And it is full of insects and bugs. If I can give zero stars I would.I never experience anything like this. But God guided me and I made it work now it’s time for me to move on but never again. For the amount of money and fees we pay here.
