  Pulte built the Prestige home in Waterways, ordered most upgraded options available. Finished product was excellent, and big shout out to Steve Wood, construction manager who did an outstanding job managing the on time build out and highest level of quality controls.

  Very beautiful homes in a very beautiful community! Revising my original review: Pulte homebuilders are extremely inflexible. They do not let the homeowner have hardly any input in their house. I wanted to upgrade insulation- absolutely not, upgrade the showers - absolutely not. I will never buy from Pulte, but they do build a good home.

  Update: it’s been over 5 months since my last review and our home is still in disrepair. I will never buy another Pulte home. We just had exterior siding removed and framework repaired that bowing/buckling. We haven’t had working outlets in our kitchen except the island since we moved in 2 years ago. Getting them to do the right thing the first time or even the 3rd or 4th time is impossible. It feels like a full time project management job staying on top of them to do the repairs that are needed. I’d give them zero stars if I could. I cannot in good faith recommend a Pulte home in Waterways after the experience we have had. Between mold and mildew from improperly installed HVAC, having our tile reinstalled improperly several times, water leaks, lack of communication, no one showing up to do repairs, crooked walls, electrical issues, cracked hardiplank, cracked and sinking concrete, leaving dead trees for the homeowners to remove even though they’re aware of them, bathroom fans that don’t actually vent anywhere, and a punch list a mile long 1.5 years after our build was complete… it’s been a nightmare. This isn’t our first home we’ve built but it will be the last we will build with pulte. Talk to almost any neighbor who built with Pulte and they will same the same.
