One must accept that these homes are track built homes with average builder quality materials so don't expect flexibility for custom requests. Options are expensive but described well in advance so without surprises.

They do not let the homeowner have hardly any input in their house. I wanted to upgrade insulation- absolutely not, upgrade the showers - absolutely not. I will never buy from Pulte, but they do build a good home.
