- AJAlan JeffriesApr 25, 20252.0I have waited for two years to put out a review for my home. Well the exterior at a glance is nice. The quality of the craftsmanship is a F-. I have call, submitted work request and even sent my inspection report to centex and they still have not fix the issues. It is sad to know these home are horrible and will be a money pit. The problem is the builders really don’t care and always putting a spin on the situation. The longer I live here the more upset I get. My upstairs floors are not even or level. They make sounds/squeaky noises. The contractor came out on three different occasions to fix them and was unable. Now, customer service will not answer the work request. They say 10 years on structural issues, that not true. I have visit other homes in this area like Pulte homes and there home are horrible too. I should have known because they are the same builder. The windows are super cheap and allow noise. This home are not insulated very well. It sad to know that we pay a HOA for one amenity.(one swimming pool, and no club house) I can’t tell you what to do but save your money. Find something better with amenities. Everyone I spoken to has some kind of problem. Horrible grass, broken sprinkler, A/C issues, concrete, windows, doors, flooring, wave/warped walls, and more. Buy at your own risk. Run away from this area.
