  I wanted to avoid writing a review here but after the slow response in making warranty repairs by Pulte this review was needed. We bought a new home here and instantly had issues including leaking drain pipe into the downstairs room from 2nd floor after construction crew drilled a drywall screw into a 3" pvc, cracked kitchen sink in 1 hr living in the home, uneven drywall sanding on multiple walls, only 1 coat painting done on few walls interior especially above doors and places you cant see with naked eye ( u have to look very carefully) and exterior paint that was supposedly fixed but it wasn't. AC unit didn't have A2L sensor wired up which is a sensor for detecting A2L freon leaks if it ever happens. The reason for the sensor is because A2L freon is a flammable refrigerant. There is also my dryer vent flex pipe that was kinked we only noticed it after seeing a dryer vent error on the dryer.. When I corrected the kink on the dryer vent I also found the dryer pipe coming from the wall to be bent and kinked. The dryer pipe cant even be fixed because its butted up against the drywall, thus poor workmanship that wasnt noticed during construction. Thats why my dryer vent error still didn't go away. I have been patiently waiting for all the repairs and most were done but there is still some pending. Its been close to 2 months now. It doesnt take this long even with holiday times passing thru. Btw only good person who helped the most was Bailey the construction manager. Everyone else had poor customer service and were lackluster in attending to our needs during this time.

  My clients built their new home at Ashworth Estates by Pulte Homes and we all could not be more thrilled! Sean-Michael Bragg was fantastic to work with! The Design team was very helpful. The construction manager, Bailey, was also amazing and so accommodating to my clients. I would not hesitate to bring more clients to this community.

  Brand new community development with about 66 homes being built. Very inviting entrance and the current home has great curb appeal. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The layout is very open which is perfect for entertaining with friends and family. Luxury finishes (optional/upgrades) available. A must see!!!
