  I had a wonderful living experience at The Liliana Apartments, from my first visit to lease signing process that was made seamless by Jeremiah. Most importantly, the facilities are well maintained. Thank you Sarah and the team for the great work. I recommend 100% 💯

  Thank you Latasha Amazing place to live. Much better, the leasing process is so easy, and the staff guides you all over, and always available to answer your questions and addresses your concerns. Can’t wait to enjoy this place.

  Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability at Liliana Apartment Homes. I have been waiting since July for a refund of my administrative fee, which by law should have been returned within 30 days. We are now 180+ days later, and I still have not received my money. I have called numerous times requesting to speak with Sara, but each time the leasing agent Kristin states that Sara is “busy” and that the issue is “being investigated.” Despite repeated attempts, I have never heard directly from Sara. About a week ago, I spoke with Ms. Latasha, who was very helpful and assured me she would look into the matter. Unfortunately, even after that conversation, there has still been no follow-up or resolution. This is unacceptable and reflects poor business practices. I have been more than patient and understanding, but at this point, enough is enough. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be pursuing legal action. I do not recommend doing business with this property if you value transparency, communication, and timely handling of finances.

  We had nothing but the best experience :) from the tour on out. The whole entire staff is wonderful. I dealt with Sara the whole time, & I never met anyone like her. She's a gem!! My husband & I are excited for our move. Thank you for making this experience a wonderful one.

  This community is extremely clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The branding and overall presentation of the property are impressive, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into creating a welcoming residential space. Everyone I interacted with in the office was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely understood how to operate and support a residential community. Communication was clear and efficient, and the entire process was made easy from start to finish. I also want to highlight Sara, who was especially helpful during my visit. She was welcoming, very knowledgeable about the property, easy to communicate with, and provided a truly comforting experience. Compared to many other communities I toured across Savannah and Pooler, this team stood out for their organization, professionalism, and overall service.
