I had a problem with a package in my Amazon hub locker I was not able to receive the code, which resulted in trying to close the account with the front office as informed by Amazon they are the only ones eligible to do so. The staff in the front office chose to repeatedly insist she couldn’t do anything about it/she doesn’t know how. While I’m on the phone with Amazon on speaker, she refuses to speak with them about the situation because it’s against “policy”. I asked for a manager she refused to inform/notify her manager as “they’re just going to tell me the same thing.” However; I refused to leave until the problem is resolved, as soon as the lady sat down and logged into the computer to attempt to deactivate the account she was able to. Literally if she wasn’t lazy and sat down to try to help a resident, have any problem solving skills, or critical thinking rather just insisting that you can not, would make a difference. By the way for future residents, they can deactivate your Amazon hub locker they’re just too lazy to so do not let them lie to you.

He explained what was wrong, fixed everything quickly, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. It’s rare to find someone that thorough and respectful. Definitely recommend Desmond for any appliance repairs — solid work and great attitude!

I returned home from work to discover a bullet had entered my apartment through the wall and landed on my bed. Law enforcement responded immediately, including a detective, and strongly advised that I relocate due to safety concerns. I live alone and my fiancé is currently deployed overseas, making this situation even more distressing. The unit on the other side of the wall belonged to a maintenance employee who had access to my apartment. Disturbingly, the following day that same individual attempted to enter my home without a work order under the pretense of “patching the wall.” The property management company would not help with my move or provide any real support. I was deeply disappointed by the property’s lack of support, urgency, and acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation. AWFUL!! DO NOT LIVE HERE! Pictures below is where the bullet entered. Notice HOW CLOSE that is to my pillow where my head would’ve been.
