I would recommend against this place. When I first toured here I thought this place was gorgeous and was so excited to move in. Once I got here that completely changed. The original apartment I was suppose to get was not up to my standards (mold on ceiling, hardwood floors not placed correctly, fridge not working, etc.); however, they were able to get me into another unit but it was a little more than I wanted to pay but because I already signed the lease I was kind of sucked in. Anywho, I moved in and my mailbox key was incorrect multiple times (finally got that fixed). Everything is always broken or out of stock. I work from home so having the business office is huge for me but the printer is either out of paper or broken. Also the coffee supplies runs out way too often. The gates are always broken (another thing that lured me in). I feel I pay a ton of money but can't utilize the important stuff to me. The walls are super thin I can hear my neighbors all the time and I'm sure they can hear me. My lease ends soon and I am pretty sure I will not be resigning.
I can say the office staff is amazing tho and always try to help when they can. They are the only reason it's not a 1 star.

Maintenance worker, Desmond Fern, came address some details we pointed out on out move in day. He was diligent, very respectful, profesional and friendly. The work was done quickly and well. We’re very satisfied.

This place needs to be taken over by new management. The office staff do not do anything correctly, nor do they care to communicate with residents about anything that they are doing. When we first moved in, they did not provide a garbage can for the valet trash service, the two mailbox keys they provided did not work, and the garage we paid extra for would not work. The maintenance team kept closing my request to fix the door, saying it was working, even though the door literally would not open. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling that took over a month for them to fix, and there was so much mold in the ceiling that they did not treat it, so my bathroom just reeked of mold smell after. The hallways are FILTHY! And they are full of bugs everywhere. The office manager lives in the community, and I guess thinks the way the halls look is acceptable. I've had multiple packages stolen from my front door because they weren't delivered to the package lockers. They do events, but they won't email you until like an hour after it has already started. The parking lot is a freaking race track, people riding the back of my car just to park. The dog park is covered in dog poop, and no one picks up after their pets. The gates are broken all the time and take forever to be fixed. When we finally got out of this place, we did get our entire deposit back, but some of it was taken because of fees for ending the account with utilities....typical. Also, they had a one-month free deal when we first moved in that definitely lured us in. THEY DO NOT DO THE FIRST MONTH FREE. You are required to pay it up front, and then next month is free. Also, the cell phone service in the area is trash. We had Verizon and T-Mobile, and could not do anything on our phones until Wi-Fi was installed. It's not the apartment's fault, but just so you know. I'm sure there's more, but that's all I can think of for now.

Lazy personnel/management in front office.
I had a problem with a package in my Amazon hub locker I was not able to receive the code, which resulted in trying to close the account with the front office as informed by Amazon they are the only ones eligible to do so.
The staff in the front office chose to repeatedly insist she couldn’t do anything about it/she doesn’t know how. While I’m on the phone with Amazon on speaker, she refuses to speak with them about the situation because it’s against “policy”. I asked for a manager she refused to inform/notify her manager as “they’re just going to tell me the same thing.”
However; I refused to leave until the problem is resolved, as soon as the lady sat down and logged into the computer to attempt to deactivate the account she was able to. Literally if she wasn’t lazy and sat down to try to help a resident, have any problem solving skills, or critical thinking rather just insisting that you can not, would make a difference.
By the way for future residents, they can deactivate your Amazon hub locker they’re just too lazy to so do not let them lie to you.
