I've been staying here for around 6 months now and it has been great. Casey in the office was very friendly and informative with getting us set up and in the door. We haven't had many issues, but the few that we had were very quickly resolved. The maintenance man, Christian, has been highly prompt, professional, and efficient with communication and resolving issues. His expertise left us with a much better level of confidence than experienced at previous places I have stayed.

This process started out good but went left quickly. My wife and I applied only to have my wife rejected because her paystubs didn’t have her married name on them. Mind you we just got married. There was no way to go around this and with my income (85k a year) I was not “qualified” to rent because of income. Not sure what system metrics they use but it needs to be revamped. Still haven’t received my refund but got a email saying I would get back $200. That’s not state law for Georgia. If you don’t get approved for the lease all funds must be returned. Also went and applied for. 5 bedroom house elsewhere with just me in the lease and got approved the same day!!!!!! So something is definitely wrong with the metrics they use cause being decline for income if 85k for an apartment is diabolical!!!! Still have yet to get a email concerning my refund and I’ve emailed them 4 times!!! Only reason why I gave it 2 stars because when you do reach someone they are actually nice to speak with.

Update, today is 8/26/2025 and I spoke with a young lady last Friday 8/22/2025 in reference to my refund and she stated that she was going to contact the accountant to see what happened. Mind you, I have been waiting and waiting for my money. So, she stated that she emailed the accountant and that she was good at getting back to her and she would give me a call that day, but the call back never came. All, I’m asking for is my refund. There’s no other reason for this review and no I was not denied approval for these homes. So, I’m no way bitter at all. I just want what’s mine or I would have to file a police report in reference to stealing or I can file a civil lawsuit to get it back. Hopefully it won’t have to go that far and these people do what’s right Now, i called the office twice today and still no answer.
Do not recommend applying for these townhome. They take forever to process your refund. So very frustrating.

You know what's bad? When you pay an application fee and they give you a link to finish applying but it doesn't work so you pay them a holding fee so they could hold the place for you while they so call get the website fixed. The part that behooves me is that during working hours, Casey who is working in the leasing office, ignores your phone calls during work hours and when you call them with a different number, they answer and assures you that the problem would be fixed in 24hrs. Days later and they don't answer their phone and do not follow up with an email so you're stressing out because you gave them $100+ of your money, trying to find a place for you and your young children to live before the next school year starts but you have nothing and the website link is still not working. Now you're stressed out and stuck trying to figure out what to do next. You no longer trust people in Pooler Georgia and no longer wants to live in that shady environment at Durham Park Townhomes, but you're from out of town and have no where to live. It's giving scam and is not a good look for Pegasus Residential. They need to be investigated as soon as possible and removed.
