  Christian, the Maintenance Manager at Durham Park, was absolutely wonderful. He was one of the most pleasant and caring professionals I have encountered. He made sure that I had a refrigerator right away and took the time to let me know that I could contact him immediately if I experienced any electrical issues in the apartment. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out. It was very reassuring to know that someone so attentive and dedicated is looking after the property. I was extremely impressed with the level of service he provided.

  We've lived at Durham Park for the last 4 years now, and it has been a wonderful experience. These apartments feel more like houses due to their layout and size, and they offer a wonderful feeling of retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The office staff is small but always super helpful. You can always visit the office and find Casey willing to help out with any issues you might have. He's also just lovely to chat with. Maintenance issues were always handled promptly, and they always honored our request to call back so we could make sure our cats were put up and not at risk of getting out. We have truly enjoyed our time living here.

  Casey and Sierra were absolutely amazing making my leasing process very smooth. They are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the community and surrounding area and are people first oriented. The neighborhood and grounds are well kept and im so excited about my move in!

  I've been staying here for around 6 months now and it has been great. Casey in the office was very friendly and informative with getting us set up and in the door. We haven't had many issues, but the few that we had were very quickly resolved. The maintenance man, Christian, has been highly prompt, professional, and efficient with communication and resolving issues. His expertise left us with a much better level of confidence than experienced at previous places I have stayed.
