Definitely not luxury in my experience. Trash left outside of dumpsters for periods of time, pool has had extended closure in past, debris and refuse/ trash around property. The latest property management has been difficult in my opinion. I have been given hard time with getting additional key fob? Poor follow up service request, property isn’t close to what it was and certainly better options in the area.

It was incredible beautiful property the first two (2) years. Countless turnover in office personal, staffing and current management is worst I've experienced. To include the property service and upkeep has declined. There are much better, newer and actual " Luxury Living " in other properties. I would look there.

I experienced several difficulties during my moving process. The staff was great and friendly but unfortunately this qualities did not help with my overall experience, they had more then a month since they knew I was moving in and nothing was ready on the day that we had scheduled for moving. This property was described as a luxury apartment, but when I arrived, my unit wasn’t ready. There were visible patches on the walls with noticeable color and texture differences, bathroom was not very clean paint drops on the floor, my garage door was not working properly, I let them know the same day and since I was on the process of moving had all my belongings in the garage and the door will not closed or will open at anytime leaving all my stuff in the open for everyone to see or even take. This is very disappointing given the expectations set. Hopefully, the rest of my 12-month lease will offer a better experience. But so far this has been the worse experience all this thing just added more stress and frustration to a process that is already extressfull enough.
Virginia Grossman is the best ! Very helpful in a stressful situation like moving. Always answered the phone politely and had an answer to ever question. It makes moving so much easier not only that she has been helpful even after the move making sure everything's is ok with your living situation. The whole staff has been tremendous and the apartments are beautiful.

The move-in process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. I toured the property with Catherine from the leasing office, submitted my application shortly after, and was able to move in just two weeks later.
They honored all of the move-in specials that were offered at the time, and everything was clearly explained upfront—no hidden fees or surprises. When I arrived, they even had a thoughtful welcome basket waiting for me and my dog, which was a great touch.
I’ve been here for two months now, and the experience has been nothing but positive. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking in the area.
