  Leon Jones went above and beyond before our listed move out !! Was with us every step of the way and every question was answered punctually. Having to juggle a move and new apartment complex he made everything ultimately easier highly recommend working with a hard worker like himself !

  It’s true what people say about this apartment—once you’re no longer a resident, they treat you like you don’t exist. I moved out in January after breaking my lease. I agreed to pay the early termination fee, which I did, along with February rent. For March, I was given a prorated amount and instructed to pay it in certified funds by March 2nd—which I also paid on time. On March 12th, I received my final move-out statement, due April 12th. When I reviewed it, I noticed I had been double charged for both the early termination fee and the prorated March rent. I emailed them immediately with proof of payment. When they responded, they only acknowledged the duplicate early termination fee—but ignored the duplicate March rent charge. I made multiple attempts to contact Yanira but was never able to reach her. I even went into the office and was told I couldn’t speak with her without an appointment. Eventually, I reached out to Angelica, who was very responsive and got back to me within an hour. She informed me on March 23rd that they were having issues with their accounting department and that I would receive an updated statement once it was resolved. I waited over two weeks with no update. I followed up by email and received no response. I then contacted Property Receivables directly, only to find out that: My balance had never been updated It was sent to collections on April 1st with the original incorrect charges I was never notified by either the apartment or the collection agency The balance had already started accruing interest This entire situation could have been avoided with basic communication and accountability. Instead, I was left chasing answers while being charged incorrectly and sent to collections without notice. Please be aware: communication is poor, follow-through is lacking, and there is little accountability once you move out.
