  The service was excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Even without an appointment, we were warmly welcomed and assisted right away. The staff provided us with all the necessary information and gave us a detailed tour of the facilities and apartments. We are just waiting to finish our current lease so we can move into the Century Mundy Mill apartments 💫

  DO NOT RENT HERE! The Apartments are not sound proof, you can hear your neighbor taking a crap through the wall. If you want to feel like you are right there in their bed while they enjoy relations with each other worry not you'll hear that too. The community Managers do NOTHING to deal with any complaints made, except to lie and tell you that you can call the courtesy officer. However when you try to find the number there isn't one posted, when you ask the Maintenance to get the number they tell you they are working on it; then never call you back. When you ask for the number from the office they tell you it is on the Website. It isn't...They lie, they do nothing to help, except expect you to continue to pay nearly $2,000 a month to live in an echo chamber with pot heads above you blasting music out their window as if anyone wanted to hear their crap taste. If I have to live in a human torture experiment I should a least get paid for it...instead I am paying them for the opportunity to be tortured by their gross negligence and their constant prejudice of our lease thanks to the covenant of quiet enjoyment! If I could give this torture chamber 0 stars I would.

  Glad I stopped by to check Century Mundy Mill. Melissa was knowledgeable when it came to talk about/explain and answering questions I had. Place is definitely pretty new so that's a plus. Still a contender as i continue looking for my next apartment and that it will fit in my budget as well as when renewal time comes. Thank you.

  I’ve loved living here my entirety ! The ONLY complaint I have that’s consistent is the pool. And it’s not even the office, it’s the people that live here too. My kids and I have not been able to go not one day successfully without it being severely overcrowded, or filthy from all of the sunscreen residue. Outside of that! Amazing complex pictures online are true to in person! We moved in without seeing the unit and it was almost perfect minus a few things (ware and tare) Ok have a great day!
