  After moving for 5 months living here is a JOKE paying for monthly pet control for roaches infesting the apartments, gun shoots, trash always over filling (WE PAY FOR TRASH VELET AS WELL) and maintenance lazy we see how long we be here

  I had a great experience with Carter 4250, especially considering I was relocating from three hours away and wasn’t able to tour the property in person. From start to finish, Ms. Fernanda made the entire application and move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free.

  I lived here for 6 years, and this has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. After being a loyal, long-term tenant, I was hit with outrageous and excessive charges when I moved out—and on top of that, I received no security deposit refund at all. I cleaned the apartment before leaving, but of course it’s not going to look brand new after living there for 6 years. That’s normal wear and tear. Still, they charged me as if everything needed to be completely redone. On top of that, I was charged what equals a full month’s rent in extra fees, which is absolutely ridiculous. The so-called “damage” and cleaning fees are completely unreasonable and feel like a blatant attempt to take advantage of residents. Charging hundreds of dollars for things like flooring, resurfacing, and basic cleaning is beyond unfair—especially after years of paying rent on time and maintaining the unit. There is no appreciation for tenants here, just greed at the end of your lease. Keeping my entire security deposit and still adding extra charges is unacceptable. I strongly do NOT recommend living here unless you want to be overcharged and stressed out when you leave. Take pictures, document everything, and be prepared to fight unfair charges. Absolutely terrible experience. Management! HORRIBLE!

  I love Myra and the staff at The Carter @4250. As long as you’re honest and good. I fell short a couple of times since, I been living here. I always let them know my situation and despite of they are so helpful, kind and understanding. Not many apartment complex understands.
