  Yo vivo acá y después de un tiempo que cambiaron el personal no hacen nada de lo que uno pide en mantenimiento y lo quieren obligar a uno atener un internet mas caro del que uno maneja está lleno de cucarachas la atención es muy buena de las personas de la oficina más el de Cinthia solo hay una persona que tiene mala atención y es Alison

  These apartments keep telling everyone that they dont have enough people to do the maintenance but yet are still bringing in new residents and giving them a whole month free. WE THE RESIDENTS THAT SIGNED A CONTRACT SHOULD BE RECEIVING THE FREE MONTH UNTIL YALL ACTUALLY FIX STUFF. MOST OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE REVIEWS. THEY'RE NEVER AT THE FRONT OFFICE. IT ALWAYS SAYS THEY'RE ON LUNCH BREAK.

  Whoever put these up thank you. My fiance and I had issues since day one and Lillian is not much help. Informed her mold was in the apartment and asked for pest control she tells me she will add my name to an email. Fast forward a month then proceeds to tell me I have to sign up for it and that orkin will come on thursday. Again a whole month ago havent seen ORKIN yet. Had to deal with the ROACHES ON OUR OWN Disclamer due the fact i get no responses using my real name when asking to get things service id figured id use a backup account and look at the reponse i got. How about lets talk about the email this morning. You cant give us our 55 dollars back?!! How long has this been going on? A credit when someone us could have used that money for something else!!! Instead of being worried about whether i live here how about you FIX THE GATE! GET THE ROACHES! FIX THE MOLD BE FOR REAL.

  Experience has been great ! My leasing agent Allison Nino, has helped me with my application and getting all of my requirements to get my apartment. She’s very quick to help and very Kind ! In less than a week, I got approved. So far, it has been a positive experience !

  I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with my experience since moving into my apartment at Grove Point Apartments, located at 4350 Jimmy Carter Blvd. My move-in was in December 2025, and from the very beginning the experience has been unacceptable. First, I was unable to move in on my originally scheduled move-in date because the apartment was not ready for occupancy. I was forced to wait three additional days before I could move into the unit. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience that could have been avoided with proper preparation and communication from management. After finally moving in, I discovered that the unit had a serious roach infestation. No resident should have to move into a home with these types of unsanitary living conditions. This issue alone demonstrates a lack of proper inspection and preparation prior to new tenants moving in. Additionally, several basic maintenance and operational issues were handled with unacceptable delays. I had to wait an entire month to receive a replacement toilet, which is a basic necessity in any apartment. I also had to wait approximately one month just to receive my mailbox keys, preventing me from accessing my mail during that time. Beyond the maintenance problems, the professionalism of the staff has been extremely disappointing. In multiple interactions, staff members have been rude and unprofessional rather than helpful or understanding of the issues residents are facing. Another ongoing concern is the front security gate, which has been broken since the time I moved in. A functioning security gate is an important safety feature for residents, and the fact that it has remained unrepaired for months raises serious concerns about the property’s management and commitment to resident safety. Overall, the condition of the apartment upon move-in, the delayed maintenance responses, the lack of professionalism from staff, and the unresolved security issues have made this living experience extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected a safe, clean, and properly managed apartment when signing my lease, and unfortunately that has not been my experience.
