  TERRIBLE PLACE, insect infestation. Snakes, ants, roaches will live with you here. Management does not take your concerns seriously unless you are one of their favorite tenants. Do not move here!!!!! Maintenance is neglectful & management does not care. I will be taking them to court. Lawn care is terrible around the apartments. I had weeds on my patio for months and whenever you submit a service request they will say they fixed it and they actually haven’t. Please find another apartment complex. A better one. I have had two leaks in the past month. The last one left me without water for 3 days.

  Nunca dan solución de nada internamente, se pueden solicitar varios servicios dentro del apartamento y jamás van a solucionarlo, en la oficina nunca dan respuesta de las órdenes que se suben en la aplicación

  I don’t live here(Thank God) but I am a frequent visitor. This place is a dump. Filthy! Roaches everywhere. Garbage everywhere. Basically like housing project in Atlanta. Tenants playing loud music and shooting fireworks(and guns) all times of night. Matter of fact it is 6:56 a.m and music is currently blasting and has been for the last 12+ hours as I type this. Unfortunately, this isn’t uncommon. Idk how people do it or live like this. I do not recommend anyone moving here if they have a choice.

  I currently live here and absolutely hate it. When I first moved in, there was a huge hole in the wall inside the bathroom cabinet. After move-in, they had to replace an entire heater and resurface the bathroom tiles, which clearly shows the unit was not move-in ready. The leasing office leased a unit that was absolutely not ready whatsoever, and even now I am still dealing with ongoing issues in my apartment. This should never have happened in the first place. Do not sign anything unless they show you the actual unit, unfurnished. If they refuse, that is a major red flag. When they say the apartment is “renovated,” that is not true. Also they leased me a unit with a doorknob that was left by the last tenant whereas my room would keep getting locked and i have no key to open the door. Please refer to the photo on how much i had to spam the maintenance people and mind you currently they only have one maintenance person for an entire complex. Goes to show you how bad it is living here

  Terrible servicio de sus trabajadores, especialmente esta chica, arrogante y racista. Estaba fuera de la oficina esperando a un cliente (soy UBER). Esta chica llegó y se acercó a mi, abrió la puerta de mi coche sin autorización y también golpeó la ventana. Repitiendo que no debería estar en este país siendo que ella tambien es hispana, le incomodó que yo estuviera ahí. La chica trabaja en la oficina. Qué desafortunado que tengan gente trabajando así como ella. Solo estaba estacionado esperando a mi cliente pero la arrogancia de esta chica superó límites. Personas así no deberían de estar trabajando ahí cuando la mayoría de sus resistentes son latinos y lo peor es que ella es la MANAGER de la comunidad, cargo que no debería desempeñar. Trate de comunicarme al correo que me dejaron acá abajo, sin embargo terminó respondiendo ella. Diciendo que mi opinión no cuenta y que iría a la cárcel, ¿es enserio que tengan a alguien así en una comunidad hispana? Lo peor que hay un hispano siendo racista
