  I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with my experience since moving into my apartment at Grove Point Apartments, located at 4350 Jimmy Carter Blvd. My move-in was in December 2025, and from the very beginning the experience has been unacceptable. First, I was unable to move in on my originally scheduled move-in date because the apartment was not ready for occupancy. I was forced to wait three additional days before I could move into the unit. This created unnecessary stress and inconvenience that could have been avoided with proper preparation and communication from management. After finally moving in, I discovered that the unit had a serious roach infestation. No resident should have to move into a home with these types of unsanitary living conditions. This issue alone demonstrates a lack of proper inspection and preparation prior to new tenants moving in. Additionally, several basic maintenance and operational issues were handled with unacceptable delays. I had to wait an entire month to receive a replacement toilet, which is a basic necessity in any apartment. I also had to wait approximately one month just to receive my mailbox keys, preventing me from accessing my mail during that time. Beyond the maintenance problems, the professionalism of the staff has been extremely disappointing. In multiple interactions, staff members have been rude and unprofessional rather than helpful or understanding of the issues residents are facing. Another ongoing concern is the front security gate, which has been broken since the time I moved in. A functioning security gate is an important safety feature for residents, and the fact that it has remained unrepaired for months raises serious concerns about the property’s management and commitment to resident safety. Overall, the condition of the apartment upon move-in, the delayed maintenance responses, the lack of professionalism from staff, and the unresolved security issues have made this living experience extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected a safe, clean, and properly managed apartment when signing my lease, and unfortunately that has not been my experience.

  Allison Nino helped me out a lot. She was super sweet, nice and was able to get me approved in an hour!! For sure ask for her if you need any help!

  I have family living here currently in two different units and I lived here myself a few years ago. This place is terrible. Zero stars. The roaches are crazy and the apartments are so old and falling apart. Imagine paying $1600 for an apartment that's taped together. My parents have a door in one of the bathrooms that is literally nailed together and they refused to give them an actual door when they moved in. The unit above my parents apartment had a water leak that ran into their bathroom. They took down the ceiling in their bathroom and left it that way for 4 months. Took a lot of nagging to finally have it fixed. Couldn't use the shower for months!! There's mold in the units too. My family in the another unit has pending maintenance requests from October they are still trying to get fixed. Avoid this place if you can it's definitely not worth it. They're going to comment on this post claiming that they will use the feedback to improve. No they won't. It's been this bad for years.

  My mom and I have lived here for 2 years, and we truly enjoyed it. Highly recommend, friendly and helpful staff. Property offers a variety of amenities including a 24 hour gym, who else does that? Great management team! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  From moving 10/24 to move out 11/30/2026 a whole bunch of mess here and the staff in the office all Hispanics that's all that resides there I promise it's about 10 or more in a unit Today I was asked was my name on the lease I replied that's none of your business. You don't ask the other residents that but anyway the ROACHES Morning, noon and night they join you when cooking dinner, in the refrigerator, microwave,ceiling thre bedrooms, bathrooms they so bad you do want company . The neighbors squish them with there hands. Morning out how embracing they were on my couch. Pest control what and where these are not apartments is a roach hotel. I got casaed by dogs not on a leash they did nothing but I am. Horrible bullsityou hear me ,
