    My mom and I have lived here for 2 years, and we truly enjoyed it. Highly recommend, friendly and helpful staff. Property offers a variety of amenities including a 24 hour gym, who else does that? Great management team! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    From moving 10/24 to move out 11/30/2026 a whole bunch of mess here and the staff in the office all Hispanics that's all that resides there I promise it's about 10 or more in a unit Today I was asked was my name on the lease I replied that's none of your business. You don't ask the other residents that but anyway the ROACHES Morning, noon and night they join you when cooking dinner, in the refrigerator, microwave,ceiling thre bedrooms, bathrooms they so bad you do want company . The neighbors squish them with there hands. Morning out how embracing they were on my couch. Pest control what and where these are not apartments is a roach hotel. I got casaed by dogs not on a leash they did nothing but I am. Horrible bullsityou hear me ,

NEW UPDATE! 2026 JAN 5TH I HAVE A CITATION RESTRICTION OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE FRONT OFFICE BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS BEING DISRUPTIVE AND WAS NOT FOLLOWING THE PROPER CHANNELS OF COMMUNICATION THROUGH EMAIL BUT I HAVE THE EMAIL OF THE DISHWASHER FROM 2 WEEKS AGO ACTUALLY ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND WHEN I WENT UP TO THE FRONT OFFICE TO TELL THEM THAT, THEY CUT ME SHORT DID NOT HEAR ANY OF MY PROBLEMS INSISTED THAT THEY SPOKE FIRST They will try to say that your happiness is their top priority, but that's just some generic AI stuff that they put down. They do not care. I repeat they do not care. If you have a problem they'll just look at you and smile and tell you I don't know most of the times! If you are dissatisfied with this complex, please like this comment because I'm about to take legal action and I need as many petitions as I can get. Thank you very much!!!💚👍 So not only does the gate not work, there's literally trash heaved up outside by the trash container. The gym's been closed for a week and a half and they haven't even started on getting that figured out. After I've spoke with them in the front the main manager said she doesn't know when the gate will be fixed because regional has to give her the okay to turn it on. It's already fixed but regional has to give her the okay to turn it on. Can't use the gym until they figure out how to fix the magnetic strip that people keep ripping off the door so we're all punished for that now and after I tried to come up with a resolution as to fix the problem by borrowing some weights out of the gym until it's ready, she said that she would get fired. She didn't even try to ask anybody. There's mold and roaches in my building as well as in the gym that I bought up multiple times. Basically the leasing office is the nicest place you're going to see on this property and they do it like that on purpose. I've tried so many times to ask how we can fix these problems or win the dates are and the lady up front has no idea when anything is going to be fixed or can give any kind of reference to anything. It's honestly miserable living here but I have another year on my contract cuz I thought things were going to get fixed with new management but new management came and they're acting the same as old management. Just smiling and nodding and gaslighting you when you bring up a problem 🤮👎 Edit: it's been 3 weeks now and manager can't figure out how to call somebody to fix the door to the gym so she doesn't know when the gym will open or when she's going to call the people. I've asked her these questions and she just does not want to answer me to her face. And also if you get your mold cleaned at your house just make sure that it wasn't painted over because that's their go-to they just paint over the mold spray. Paint the mold by the way and I will continue to keep editing and reposting this until something's done. So if the owner's the one that's answering this, I hope that you would not want these of these reviews on your page Update as of December 17th 2025- - gym under maintenance - gate still broken - made a work order 4 days ago and it was high priority and they still haven't done it or called me to. Let me know - went up to the gym three times today. They had the on lunch sign up and it said 12:00 and that nobody was there for the whole day. the gym is still closed 24/7 access. They still don't know when they can fix the door or if they can even do it. They're saying that regional is telling them that they're not able to fix the door yet, but at this point I feel like they're messing with me because I brought a bunch of problems from my apartment up to them and I feel like they've seen me go to the gym more than everybody else around here and they're trying to make it hard. That's what I feel like because every time I go up there they are okay with you leaving with the answer, I don't know. I understand that you have to do maintenance but a month is ridiculous.
