  Estos apartamentos son **INSEGUROS **mi carro también fue vandalizado aquí en un tiroteo frente a mi apartamento. La falta de mantenimiento en los árboles también se hizo presente y partió mi parabrisas (habíamos solicitado que cortaran ese árbol ya que esta viejo y a punto de caerse ) la respuesta del señor Oscar después del incidente fue que eso era algo natural que no era problema de la oficina siendo que habíamos solicitado mantenimiento para ese árbol y así hay muchos más inconvenientes. Así que no te recomiendo vivir Aquí.

  No te mudes aquí ni por necesidad son de lo peor . El abuso de poder y discriminación están de la mano el manager Oscar, hace lo que quiera no respeta las leyes y abusa de su poder todo esto es respaldado por su superior . Incumplen los contratos de arrendamiento y lo finalizan a su conveniencia . Nunca me pasaron una carta de nada y me dieron 7 días para salir de allí . Violando todo el contrato y los derechos que tengo como inquilino.

  Run!!! Don't even think about moving here! I really wish i didn't move here, This community has a poor upkeep, We had management send an email regarding pressure washing the breeze way, still hasn't done that! You'll be fighting spider webs getting to your unit... They never answer the phones!, but they'll get u in but after that its horrible, There's a reason why they have so many empty units on there website. , They have these broken appliances in the homes, But there sales pitch... "oh we have a washer and dryer in the unit"... but the washer and dryer dont even work old and used, its like they got them from a junk yard and use there maintenance guys to fix it!, AND here's the kicker u cant even pay rent with a one time payment online its either you pay your rent using autopay or have to go to CVS and pay your rent, Its 2025! like really? I was out of a toliet for 1 week, to get things done u have to threatned them that you'll be going to the County code enforcement in Gwinnett to report them, Gnats, Gnats Gnats, i hope you dont mind living with them either , overall this community is not great at all. I'm telling you don't do it! OR youll be like the rest of us writing reviews, And dont fall for the Review of the leasing Agents those dont matters, we do! i could care less about customer service i care about the living experience!

  Iris was my leasing agent, and she was great. She responded promptly to my questions. The move-in process was okay. I'm still waiting on a few things to be completed, but so far, it's been good, and I hope that it stays that way.

  UNINHABITABLE: Do NOT Rent Here—Severe Maintenance & Security Failures PLEASE BE WARNED: The promises made by Canopy Glen are worthless, even with a thousand-dollar incentive. This property is a nightmare of unresolved maintenance issues and security failures. RUN. MAINTENANCE & HABITABILITY FAILURES EXTREME HVAC Broken: The A/C unit was broken all summer, and I expect the heat will fail in winter. Leaking Ceiling & Mold: I have significant ceiling leaks when it rains. Maintenance only "fixed" it by repeatedly spraying the leaks with spray paint, which is utterly unacceptable. Pest Infestation: Roaches are visible outside the front door and on the patio. I have had to hire my own Pest Control because the management-provided service is ineffective. Unsealed Door: The front door is improperly sealed, allowing flies to easily enter the apartment even when closed. APPLIANCE FAILURES: The refrigerator failed twice, spoiling food. The microwave is currently not working. The dishwasher has never been replaced or properly maintained. The washing machine shakes violently, causing the walls to move and making loud noise. The toilet is constantly aacked up. I had to pay a private Plumber twice because management took 4-8 days to address a basic toilet repair in a one-bedroom unit. On a separate occasion, a maintenance request for my broken toilet was delayed because the worker was more concerned with retrieving a key than fixing the urgent issue. SECURITY & MANAGEMENT LIES Gate Security Failure: The gate is consistently broken. When it was finally fixed after a recent crime, it was too late. This lack of preventative security allowed for a crime where my car was vandalized. Shooting and Armed Robbery July 25. After my car was involved in crime homicide on Friday, July 18. On Monday maintenance banged on my door and harassed me to move the vehicle immediately and 3 times I was already in the process of coordinating with a towing company, and the car was not in a moveable condition. No Communication: The management failed to notify residents via email or letter about the crime that occurred on the property. Office Staff: ​Furthermore, my attempts to speak with the Property Manager regarding these issues have been consistent busy. This morning i wait for forty minutes to speak to the property manager about my safety at Canopy Glen. The response " Gwinnett County Poilice said Crime has gone down. ​"I was very disheartened by the Statment. However, my concern is not with the county's overall average, but with the safety and security of this specific property and its residents.
