  I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The property is always clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. When I was going through a very difficult time and struggling to find a place for me and my daughter, this community gave us a chance when no one else would. They welcomed us with kindness and understanding, and because of them we were able to avoid being homeless and finally have a safe place to call home. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. It also feels safe and peaceful, which means so much to me as a parent. Knowing my daughter and I can live in a comfortable environment gives me a lot of peace of mind. What truly makes this place special is how much the staff care about their residents. They have always treated us with respect and compassion. Whenever we needed help or had questions, they worked with us and were willing to listen and support us.   “I’ve been living in Bradford Gwinnett for about three weeks now, and overall, I’m really happy here. The move-in process was smooth, and the leasing agent, Alex, was amazing—he answered all my questions and really guided me through everything. The apartment is great, and the location is perfect. I do have a couple of pending maintenance requests, but aside from that, I’m really enjoying it and excited to stay!”

  I absolutely LOVE living here at Bradford Gwinnett Apartments. I have been a resident here since 2021 and have no complaints. The staff is nice and courteous. Maintenance is fast, reliable and very knowledgeable. I moved units a few years back and it was a fast easy stress free process and not to mention it's very affordable living here. I never experienced any PEST or Rodents in either of my apartments and that is TOP TIER!!!!

  I've lived here just over a year and my apartment is perfect for me. The office employees and maintenance are exceptional and efficient in helping out with any problems and I couldn't ask for better service. If you are looking for a place with great service, this choice is right for you.
