Extremely rude....no type of adamant reciprocation of request. Non sensible decisions made by staff. Front office uses favoritism...rude behavior, attitudes unbecoming of someone who is to welcome you home. I revamp of office staff is seriously needed. Upon moving in and recommending....both of us have now left and ADVISE NO ONE SET THEIR STANDARDS THIS LOW FOR PEOPLE TO GET PAID TO NOT HELP OR DO THIER JOB. thank you

This was the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. It takes months for maintenance to complete a request. We lived the last year there with no heat and no AC. We had to beg for them to give us window units just to keep it cool over last summer. And if you move here, please plan on your water bill being over $100 every single month! We paid an average of $130 a month for water. Then on top of that, you have to pay $35 a month just to pay your rent. A year into living there are ceiling and wall started leaking and all they did was come over paint it over and leave. We had to call numerous times for the leaking ceiling that was not even repaired the last day we were there. And the front office is no help. You’ll talk to one person to send you to another just to come back with absolutely different answer or no result. Please do not plan on using the gym. It’s only open during their hours of operation, which is typically the time that most people are at work. I would suggest anywhere but here the price sounds good, but you will be paying an extra $250 plus on top of the base rent each month. Our base rent was 1488 we paid around 1781 a month we all taxes fees and water bill.

I’ve been here 2 months & have had every problem you can think of! Hot water issues, dish washer issues, ac issues, outlet issues, bug issues, monthly rent issues. Upcharging me OVER the agreed monthly price. Terrible communication with leasing agents. TERRIBLE!

Do not move here. My roommate and I lived here for two years and our problems were not taken seriously at all. The sink was installed wrong, so water was dripping to the bottom, asked them to fix it, nothing was done. There was a large roach glue trap full of roaches left by the previous resident under the stove and it was never taken away no matter how many times we asked. We’ve asked for pest control to do a complete clean out multiple times and nothing was done so our place was completely infested. Even after I cleaned out the fridge and cabinets before moving out, new roaches would appear inside the fridge and die in there. Everything is broken in the apartment, had to call maintenance several times for our shower, water heater, the dishwasher never worked and was never fixed also. It was bad.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! I moved here 10/24/25. Since then, I have so many issues with this apartment. I’ve had to submit multiple maintenance requests for repairs to be done. My refrigerator failed so I had to throw all of my groceries away. I was without heat and hot water for days. Maintenance came several times but they couldn’t fix the issue. They eventually ended up calling an electrician who was actually able to fix the issue. I submitted multiple maintenance requests that were closed without the work being completed. The resident coordinator, Laura, told me that the key maintenance had didn’t work for my apartment. That’s not a valid reason to close maintenance requests and say that the work is complete when it’s not. They delayed repairs in my apartment for months. I was without a working oven for over two months. They blamed it on them not having a working key and they told me to bring my key to the office for them to make a copy. I am not obligated to provide them with a key. The property manager, LaHoma, threatened me by saying she would be getting a court order to enter my apartment because I was denying access to my apartment which is a lie. I never once denied access to my apartment and I did not change my locks. I sent an email last week letting the property manager know that there was mold in the closet with my water heater. The resident coordinator came to my apartment the next day and she saw the mold. I told her that there’s a water leak in the wall but she said she didn’t think there was one. I also told Laura that the mold was affecting my health and I showed her documentation from the hospital. I have several videos of the water leaking in the wall. When I came home from work yesterday, I heard water leaking again. I recorded a few videos of the leak and I submitted a maintenance request online along with and I called and reported the leak as an emergency maintenance issue twice but no one came until today. Laura was very hostile and rude towards me. I didn’t like the way she was acting or talking to me so I asked her to leave my apartment. She refused to leave after being asked to do so multiple times. When she finally decided to leave, she still stood in front of my apartment with her foot in the doorway. I really don’t know why she was even here because she was never here in the past while repairs were being completed. It seemed like she was trying to bully or intimidate me but I won’t be bullied or intimidated in my own apartment. She’s very unprofessional and she seems to have forgotten that this is her job. IT’S INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!! I really regret moving here and I don’t think anyone else should. I’ve been here for less than 6 months and it’s been a HORRIBLE experience.
