  It’s a great community to live in! Very quiet, pets allowed, washer & dryer hook up in every unit, but you must have the appliances! This is a gated community with a clubhouse, weight room and pool!

  My experience living in this community has been disappointing overall. While the pool itself is nice, it tends to get dirty quickly, which takes away from what should be one of the better amenities here. Another issue is the condition of the property grounds. The pond area outside is often filled with trash, which makes the community look poorly maintained. If you’re considering moving here, I would strongly recommend walking around the property and looking closely at the pond area during your visit so you can see the condition for yourself. Security is also a concern. There are no security cameras around the residential buildings, and there have been multiple break-ins, which makes residents feel uneasy. The amenities that are advertised are also not well maintained. The gym equipment is broken, and the outdoor grills are run down and only partially working. On top of that, dealing with management has been frustrating.

  Darrell B. provided outstanding service! He came out and fixed our sink quickly and with ease. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond by checking and replacing our filter, which definitely needed it. His customer service was excellent, professional, friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate his dedication to making sure everything was taken care of properly. Highly recommend!

  Application process company they use they miss hand app want so much information about you found out thing they want is a personal security breach keep asking for more an when they want so much money from you they won’t even give you your money back for it when they messed up the application process using paper application when they said that they don’t Me personally I like to get my money back off of it because trying to get in there for something over $3000 is is wrong They won’t even work with you. They bring you in there thinking that you’re gonna get a discount on your rent. Will they tell you if it turns around to be two months? When you’re never told that me personally stay away from this place, I’ll give it zero

  The maintenance supervisor Roman was prompt and assisted me with everything that needed to be fixed. He basically came behind someone else that did not do their job and got the job done!!!
