What really stood out was how he went above and beyond by checking and replacing our filter, which definitely needed it. His customer service was excellent, professional, friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate his dedication to making sure everything was taken care of properly. Highly recommend!

They bring you in there thinking that you’re gonna get a discount on your rent. Will they tell you if it turns around to be two months? When you’re never told that me personally stay away from this place, I’ll give it zero

My maintenance technician Darrell was very professional and courteous. He completed the task quickly and did a great job. Thank you Darrell for a great job, well done. Also, thanks to the great staff at Lullwater apartments. Recently I submitted another maintenance request for a small issue in my apartment and once again, Darrell, the service technician came by and took care of the issue the very same day. Thank you Darrell for your excellent service and fitting me into your busy schedule.
