  I really appreciate my experience with Ashley the leasing agent in the maintenance guy darrell showing me everything all new appliances in my unit which is greatly appreciated my whole experience with moving in lullwater was excellent thank you

  Darrell was extremely helpful and professional when dealing with my maintenance request. He arrived quickly and was able to resolve issues with no problems or inconvenience to me. He even changed the batteries in my smoke alarms for me when he noticed that needed to be done. He is truly an asset to your team there and you’re lucky to have him!

  Disappointing and Unprofessional Leasing Experience I had a very frustrating experience with the leasing process at Lullwater in Newnan, GA. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and unprofessional, which ultimately led me to withdraw my application. I toured the property on September 19 and submitted my application on September 25 after being assured multiple times that the lease would be finalized by September 30. I was also told that October rent would be waived as part of a move-in promotion—an essential factor in my decision, as I had already paid rent elsewhere for that month. Unfortunately, my calls and emails went unanswered until I expressed hesitation about moving forward. Only then did I receive a response, during which I was told the lease would be delayed but that the October rent concession would still be honored. However, when I finally received the lease on October 5 (with a start date of October 7), the rent concession was not included. When I reached out to Maria, the Assistant Manager, to clarify, her response was unprofessional and unnecessarily abrasive, including the use of capital letters for emphasis. Despite multiple email exchanges reiterating that the agreed-upon terms were not reflected in the lease, the issue remained unresolved, and I ultimately chose not to proceed. I formally requested a refund of my application and verification fees due to the misleading information and poor communication. To date, I have not received a response, apology, or any follow-up regarding this request. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve communication, professionalism, and transparency for future prospective residents.
