- DDDiana DiazOct 7, 20253.0Only thing you must be wary of is that even if you buy in this community, the lot rent it’s pretty high and increases without any notice. So you can easily end up paying 2,000+ on mortgage and rent combined. You pay also water and sewer combined with your lot rent. It’s a good community, so far. Great neighborhood and pretty houses. But the lot rent it’s way too high and they do not provide you any services, they just collect rent. With that budget I feel like getting a classic house, or renting a home it’s a little better financially, just my experience. Bought the mobile home when I was 24, I probably would’ve not bought it now

Had positive reviews from the maintenance of how clean my place was but as soon as we move during this pandemic and I need my deposit all of a sudden you find things wrong that were not there. Every landlord prior have always given me full returns on my deposit minus the pet fee. Complete scammers and I will be seeking legal counsel. Like previous people stated. If you want random people popping up with no notice, unable to reach for issues and overall incompetence then this is the place for you. Side note: if it would’ve allowed for zero stars I would have given them zero stars.
