    It’s almost unbearable living under these conditions at this point. These hallways need some extreme power washing and there’s no reason that tenants should be leaving their trash and property from their house in the hallway for days and using their front door as a hangout spot to sit on the steps or sit on a lawn chair as if they are at a cookout while smoking cigarettes. This will make you feel like your living in the hood. Completely unacceptable!

    The Grove at Southlake appears to be a great place to live but it’s not ! They are very slow to response to you questions if they respond at all most of the time you have to call them 8 or 9 times before you reach someone! They have a manger in the office to not to any fault of the property manger they have no access to do anything billing wise ! Right now they owe me money for a utility bill that actually belongs to them and not me upper management stated that they would credit this amount to my account after 8 attempts to reach them through emails and phone call my issues have still not being resolved! They current owe me a discount of 250 dollars and just like above that issues hasn’t been addressed as well after upper management stated they would handle the problem! and when I say upper Mangement, I’m not talking about the Mangement on property I’m talking Upper Mangement with day rise residential. so if you were thinking about moving here do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to live. How will you all help me if nobody is ever in the office that can make any type of changes to billing ? Is this a real person that reply to reviews or is this a bot better know as AI! I have been living in a new unit for 2 weeks and still don’t a a physical copy of a door key or storage ! Here I am over a month into my first month at The Grove @ Southlake and I still don’t have any keys to the door despite me going and talking to the mangement at least six times. I still don’t have Cold water for the washing machine. I have Two bathtubs that were refinished one before I moved in and one after I moved in because of a water leak in the bathtub that’s why it was done after I moved in because it had to be repaired now Mangement is saying that I have to pay for it to be done for something they already paid for that was done incorrectly by the contractor. I tried Upper Mangement on yesterday November 19, 2025 I was unsuccessful as always. Day rise residential claims to want to help but yet the Mangement on property has to go through Head management at the rise resident . Upper Mangement at rise residential never call you back or response to emails despite them being aware of many issues that residents are having . Once you signed a new lease and they know you’re locked in for the long-term they do nothing but deny services and charge you for things That you shouldn’t be charged for. I would rate them zero stars, but I can’t rate them zero star Because it won’t Allow me to post the review. Day rise residential please don’t come over here saying you want to help and don’t help you have my information. If you want to help you can reach out to me directly not just trying to make it look like to the public that you want to help. It’s been two months and they still have not provided me with a physical copy of the door key! They keep saying ADT is behind on there service , but I be had this same conversation with them at least six times but every time I talk with them about the door key they act like it’s the first time so is it really ADT behind on service or is it the employees not doing there job ? Live in a cardboard box before you move to any property managed by Dayrise Resdential ! You all read the reviews and still do nothing if I have said many times that I have reached out to you all trying to get things taking caring of but you all don’t communicate your staff doesn’t not return emails or in person request of well know residents issues ! Yet and still you get on here and tell me to reach out to you all when I have said many times that I have reached out to you all but the staff doesn’t respond ! You all have my information why can’t you reach out to me ?
