- AFAlexus Floyd2 days ago1.0I have been here for over a year now I’ll start with customer service the leasing agents does NOT answer the phone EVER you have to call about 10 times to get an answer , the WiFi that’s included with your rent BARELY WORKS and it goes out every 2 DAYS , it’s so inconvenient that we still have to pay the whole amount for the internet every month but it constantly goes out , i paid for a GATED community but every two business days its BROKEN. The gate hasn’t been working since I’ve moved in here leaving me feeling unsafe at times , also I pay pest control and no one has came and sprayed anything since I’ve been here but YOU KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GOOD AT !!!! SENDING NICE EMAILS TO THE WHOLE COMMUNITY ABOUT CHARGING YOU FOR ANY AND EVERYTHING you could probably get charge if you leave a hot Cheeto on their rent office carpet but hey besides the front office people with their nasty attitudes and hidden charges every month , the units are nice and the maintenance guys does a great job !
