  I’ve been living here for 8 months now. Please trust this review. Very nice property! Pool is well upkept. Maintenance is professional and fast with all requests. Nobody picks up their dog’s poop. Unfortunately, dog poop is everywhere on the grass and sometimes on trail. When you tour, make sure you’re ok with the interstate’s noise. The windows are very thin and you can hear everything from the interstate. The walls are even thinner. You can hear everything your neighbor is doing. A month after I moved in I notice a marijuana scent in my unit. Folks smoke on the daily. I’ve contacted the leasing office and even corporate office. Nothing but a little patronizing will be done. Ever since I moved in here my apartment has reaked of marijuana and nothing can or will be done. Please forget about the “courtesy” officer on site. She wil not show up in the middle of the night when you’re coughing from the scent. Only reason that officer will come out is if you’re at the pool at 9:01pm. Very adamant about leaving the pool on time! You’d think you’re an inmate and not a resident the way she yells to remove people from That area. Forget about a real offense or issue, smoking weed on property is normal and ok! Lastly, the gates have actually never worked. The ring app notifies you when cars stolen in the area, hopefully they won’t steal yours. Anyone can access the property. If anything, You’re better off calling 911 than the courtesy officer who is “resting” from a shift. The reviews here are nice and positive, but they do beg for positive reviews, not REAL reviews. Really, rent at your own risk is all I can say.

  Our tour guide Monty was wonderful and and very welcoming. The apartments were beautiful. A lot of times you don’t see people using the facilities when you’re on a tour, but there were people active in the community, which was really nice to see. I can’t wait to potentially live here.

  Monty, was great! He was personable, friendly, funny, honest. He throughly spoke and explained everything in detail but to the point where it was a bunch of information at once that confused you. Really enjoyed the tour and will hopefully make this my first home!

  Mr. Green was very professional and friendly and did an excellent walk through. The facilities are immaculate and feels like a luxury apartment with all of the amenities. I encourage anyone interested in moving to come to Story of Mt. Zion apartments and ask for Mr. Green.

  I recently went on a tour of the apartment complex and had a fantastic experience. The unit itself was spacious and modern, with great amenities like an in-unit washer and dryer and a large balcony. The leasing consultant was exceptional, answering all my questions and really bringing the community's features to life. Montrael Green did a great job walking me out around the complex, pointing out the fitness center, the pool area, and the dog park, which gave me a full picture of what life would be like there. The tour exceeded my expectations and I'm seriously considering making it my new home.
