  Woodlands Creekside is an amazing community to live in! It’s not too crowded, people are kind and lively, and it’s close to everything in McDonough. The apartments themselves have amazing designs, huge bathrooms and closets, every girls dream. And the kitchens storage is more than enough. A perfect apartment to live in; I’m sad to go. Victoria, the leasing manager, is also extremely kind, always has a smile on her face, and is willing to help any way she can.

  This property is beautiful and the tour was beyond amazing the leasing agent I think Victoria!! She was so amazing with explaining what they offer and how much is included the property is so quiet and clean 15/10

  Ive lived here for about a year and This is absolutely my favorite complex I have held, the maintenance comes immediately the leasing team is beyond heavenly Victoria is amazing at planning events, keeping the property organized and communicating beyond effectively❤️❤️❤️she is the sweetest, we have a on property courtesy officer and he is very active with parking control and safety matters! I will hopefully be renewing my lease coming up

  I am very honored and pleased with the extremely wonderful service and assistance that Victoria Platt has always given to the best of her ability with regards to the wellbeing of myself and wife as tenants of Woodlands Creekside and I know that her services also extends throughout the entire facility…..much appreciated Victoria!

  My review is only two stars for these two reasons only. First things first, don't get me wrong, I'm grateful to God/Jesus Christ for allowing me and my family to live here at Woodlands Creckside. It is way nicer than other apartments that I've lived in over the years. Yes, your going to have issue everywhere you live, but I feel as though the rules established for this place is not being enforced as much as it should be according to the lease . Like I said, your going to have issues in apartment conplexes, but the main two I have a big issue with is the parking and the smell of weed on the property. If I pay for a parking space, I expect no one to be in the space while I'm gone doing everyday life things. Obviously people don't care because it still happens. I even see other people park in others reserved parking spaces which makes me feel bad for them because they also pay for the space and expect it not be another car parked there as well. I feel as though when reported it MIGHT have helped but unfortunately, it still happens. I feel as though a warning should be enforced and then if not followed through, tow their car. It says it on the sign to tow so tow the car! Also, with the smoking on the property, thankfully in my building its not a big issue( but I know for sure the other buildings is having the same issues) regardless, its still annoying to have to walk into your house or wake up in the morning smelling the aftermath of someone's smoke fest. Its gets in the vents and when I open my cabinets, I smell it under the sink! The emails are not working anymore and actions need to be taken! We need a K9 dog or courtesy officer to smell the hallways to see who's causing the issue because if caught your suppose to be terminated from your lease because its against the contract we signed BEFORE being residents! I know times are hard, but my God in heaven, its not hard to follow these rules. If you want to smoke, please take it OUTSIDE the premises. Again, I love where I live but I want to be honest. I appreciate management for all they do but, I want them and people who decide they want to live here(or already lives here) know that things need to change. I pray it does change.
