  I don't live here but a family member does and I guess affordable housing means, dirty common areas and I mean I have seen a can of soda and food in the same spot for two weeks... there are cigar guts, and wrappers that all over the property, I sat in my car several times and watch drug transactions in broad daylight, the kids area is close, the pool was never clean enough to swim in, the gym is closed, the gates are frequently broken, and I am not sure the purpose of security gates when the rest of the property is ungated. Police are frequently called to the property in the last 18 months there has been at least 5 shooting and an alleged murder. Like I said I don't live there but I see a lot when I visit. There needs to be a turn around in management, tenants need to be screen, you need property security and maintenance who actually do their jobs. And for the people who once a week drops their trash on the entry roads they need to be evicted. And the price is not really affordable, but if you keep up this standard you will be know as the projects of McDonough sooner than later!!!

  I applied 3 times and was told something was wrong with there system . I didn’t get the apartment because of them saying my application would time out in middle of them supposedly be fixing the issue I havent been refunded my money at all and it’s been weeks .

  DO NOT MOVE HERE ! YOU WILL REGRET IT !!! Kids running around being loud and dumping trash everywhere! The people who work the front in the clubhouse are lazy, don’t pick up the phone, or call you back. You have to beg maintenance to come fix anything! I’ve been here a year and have had SEVERAL LEAKS in my apartment and they don’t want to adjust the rent for the month of the inconvenience. They go into your apartment without your acknowledgment. All around worse apartment complex I’ve ever been too !

  Submitted application, not to remind you it’s a fee. No one got back with me. I tried numerous calls, no answer. I left a message, no one returned my call. They canceled my application. Finally, got in touch with someone just for them to tell me they have new staff, and their not sure how my application got canceled but to resubmit. I would’ve been cool with them contacting me prior to filling out app stating no availability but to just cancel my application without no explanation or contacting me or me contacting them just to get no response is crazy and to tell me to resubmit a application. I don’t have $50 to just keep handing out. I’ve been looking for a place since summer paying application fees continuously
