Went in to tour the layout of the apartments. Malik who is one of the representatives there was the most professional person I have ever had give me a tour of an apartment complex. I’m making it a priority to get everything in order to become a future resident here thank you again Malik we’ll be in touch soon.

I went to look at the Promenade apartments on today and I must say Malik did a very excellent job going over the requirements for the apartments, showed me all the amenities and explained everything in the three bedroom apartment I was seeking and even gave some suggestions! He’s so professional and made me feel right at home! These apartments are nice!!! Looking forward to my future home here.

Visited the site very last minute , made a call and was very happy that I could tour the same day. When I arrived Michele was very sweet and welcoming. I did have my 2 children with me , but she was very understanding and patient with showing me different floor plans. Answered all of my questions with confidence and I was able to choose a potential place for me and my family.
