  Malik was absolutely amazing throughout the entire tour experience. From the moment we started, he was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the property and the available units. He took his time explaining every detail, answered all of my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed or overlooked. What really stood out to me was how much effort Malik put into helping me **recreate and re-imagine the unit to better fit my personal needs**. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and actively offered suggestions on layout, functionality, and potential adjustments. Even when certain options weren’t immediately available, he still tried his best to find alternatives and solutions instead of giving generic answers. One small demerit—only worth mentioning for transparency—was that a few details required follow-up clarification later on. However, Malik handled that professionally and followed up promptly, which honestly turned a minor issue into a positive experience. Overall, Malik went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and confident in my decision. His customer service, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a big difference for me. I would absolutely recommend Malik to anyone looking for a smooth, supportive, and personalized tour experience. He truly cares about doing his job well.

  I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Malik he was an awesome tour guide & has been a great help with helping me get all of my information squared away . His personality and spirit is so welcoming it will make you feel right at home ! Keep up the good work Malik people like you make everyone’s days brighter 😁

  Paid a $70 application fee, submitted everything, and my application was canceled two days later with no explanation. I’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response and no refund. Extremely poor communication and disappointing experience. Apply with caution.

  I haven’t moved on this property Yet!!!! Claiming it.. But my experience so far has been amazing. Great Communication with Malik. He was absolutely amazing with my tour. I look forward to hearing from them soon telling me Im approved and I can move in…
