Ms.Tia is very attentive to detail and works tirelessly to provide the best in customer service! The maintenance crew is timely and the neighbors are friendly. I also love the events that they hold in order to bring the community together. I thoroughly enjoy this community. I’ve never been in a place this engaging.

- DGdee gFeb 6, 20262.0I have had the chance to visit this property on several occasions. Well yesterday I went by because I’m looking for a new place. Today I com back and the gates are still open. I saw a couple of reviews about the gates and even theft. So my question now is if I want to apply or not. Gated community means just that. There’s no other explanation of what to expect. To read that the gates and paid security officers are not for security ….well that’s very disappointing. You’re paying for luxury apartments that advertise gated community. It’s misleading. The gate is intended to keep people that don’t live there out. It’s disturbing to know that someone’s tires were stolen off their vehicle. Your prices are in the 2000s but you also advertise starting at 1600$. I think I’ll try and find something better. Staff was okay.
