The neighborhood is quiet and very welcoming. It’s exactly what we were hoping for in a 55+ community!The sales process and closing was organized and right on time, which made the whole experience stress-free. From day one the production team has been very communicative, transparent, and easy to work with. Mya, Isaiah, Ricardo, and Steven are a dream team! They kept us informed every step of the way and have been very open to questions. The walk-through was thorough and the warranty process has been clearly explained, which gave us a lot of confidence as a new homeowners. It’s reassuring to know there’s a team behind the Home that follows through. We are still settling in, but are very happy with our decision and excited to enjoy this new chapter of our lives. If you’l are considering buying in Ryan Newberry 55+ community-McDonough, GA you will not be disappointed.
