  I called this place home for a year because of work, when other places turned me down, Emerge Oakcrest gave me a chance. I loved staying here, the Management and Maintenance were very response when I had questions or concerns. If I'm ever in the area for work again, this place will be my first choice. Thank you Kimberli Jones and your staff of professionals.

  I really don’t want to give this place a star. Better management is needed here . The lack of communication and short notices of things is really disturbing. The OVERCHARGING is RIDICULOUS! The paying for services that aren’t being received is insane . I’ve been here 4 months . I have cameras outside and inside my unit and not once have I received spraying for pest …but I pay for it monthly . I literally have to spray my own home . Been doing it since I’ve moved in. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here . As of today my rent has been changed 3 times within 2 DAYS now !!! My level of frustration is through the roof and trying to talk to these people is not working . No one is answering me so Contacting the property corporate office is my next source cause this is not ok .I honestly do not understand the disconnect with this place. All I want to do is be comfortable and everything to be accurate according to my lease.

  Infestation isn’t even the word. The roaches in these apartments are bold and own the place. I’ve been cooking, sleeping, and even bathing in the presence of all types of insects. I will not be renewing a lease and don’t suggest anyone to move here. It’s honestly so absurd to the point pest control has to come to my unit every week and nothing changes. I’ve watched the pest control guy not even care to thoroughly check and exterminate pest. Mind you I’ve never went out my way to make a review EVER!! Let this be your warning and look elsewhere because they do not care.

  This was by fair the worst place that I have ever lived. I surrendered the apartment after only staying there for 7 months. This is a money trap, every month the rent went up. How does the rent go from $1500 to $1900 for a 2 bedroom. The staff was awful!! They started off great but shortly after moving in they became very dismissive. Maintenance would come in unannounced and even made fake work orders indicating that I set it up. The building was very dirty, valet trash did not come regularly so trash would be stacked up for days. They charge for trash removal but most of the time you had to dispose of your own trash. They would drop bags of trash in the parking lot and leave it, cars would run it over and trash would be everywhere. I picked up trash on many occasions because it was trifling. I was very embarrassed to live there. Big Roaches in the hallway from the trash sitting for days from various apartments. I had mold in the apartment, the ceiling leaked water thru the walls light socket which was a very dangerous safety hazard. The pool was down for 6 of the 7 months I lived there. Mail boxes left open by the mail carrier. The assistant manager even told me that the apartments were considered a weed smoking community. This is not a place if you have small children around. Roaches in the apartment, they even let the exterminator from an outside company come in the apartment without letting me know that they were coming. I requested a notice before anyone came in, they give any workers keys to your unit and allow them to come in unannounced. It happened to me several times, I was there luckily when painters tried to come in with the key. He had the wrong unit, but management texted him my unit. He showed me the text. I emailed the manager but all she did was apologize. This happened multiple times. The bath tub in the master bedroom felt like it was go to fall thru the floor. The drains were always backed up no matter how much I plunged them or used drano. The electric bill was ridiculously high, the water bill was ridiculously high, on top of the rent fluctuating every month. You have to keep up with what they are charging you on the app because they will charge you for the same things twice. I had to ask them every month to look over what I needed to pay because I was charged twice for trash removal, water, and other miscellaneous fees. I hated paying them rent!! At the beginning I thought I was moving into a nice community but it turned out to be the worst living decision I ever made. And on top of that they will talk trash to other potential places if they call to verify that you lived there. Don’t Move Here!! Don’t waste your time or your money!!!
