Buying a Pulte home in Anderson Point was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Overall, the process was smooth from start to finish, and I want to highlight both the pros and the cons of my experience.
Pros:
Clint and Bre were exceptional throughout the entire process. Their communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail were top-tier. Clint consistently provided updates, photos, and quick answers to every question we had. Clint went above and beyond—even handling things that aren’t normally included. For example, when we asked about shampooing the carpets before closing (despite it not being standard), he made it happen and ensured everything was spotless. He’s reliable, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in the homeowner’s experience.
Bre was equally outstanding. When we discovered that our mailbox keys were for Anderson Estate and not Anderson Point, she resolved the issue within an hour. Our correct keys were mailed and ready for pickup within two days, and she made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
The closing attorney was also incredibly kind, informative, and patient when walking us through all the documents on closing day.
Cons:
The only challenging part of the experience was underwriting. After submitting all of our documents, we didn’t hear anything for about seven days. When we reached out, we learned there were difficulties verifying my employment due to my government role—something I could have addressed sooner if I had been informed earlier. Had to reach out to HR to release my verification request.
Following that delay, our main underwriter went on PTO and our file was passed along to two individuals, causing more lag and more uploading of the same documents. Our final approval came just one day before closing, which created unnecessary stress and concern about whether our closing date would be delayed.
Also note, our Ring doorbell came with a blown battery, but I just replaced it myself for $30 lol.
Overall:
Despite the underwriting hiccups, the team at Anderson Point—especially Clint and Bre—made the experience overwhelmingly positive. I’m very happy with my new Pulte home and would recommend this community, with the reassurance that the on-site team truly cares and delivers.

Clint and Traletta are tops and that’s where it ends. It’s a shame they lost a great agent but hey that speaks volumes for itself. Nothing against the rest of the sales team but I didn’t really work with them. The HOA board takes forever to approve stuff and then illegally changes the rule book on you as if you won’t notice it. When you call them they never call you back . They hand out fines to who they want but never seem to notice all the stained fences that are stained with everything but the approved color or my all time favorite the vinyl and metal fences . But hey we pick on who we want . Trust me again, the sales team is good but after that stay away from any place that heritage property management is at .I have left several messages for my property manager to call me back and as of today she hasn’t or will she ever will. They are extremely horrible and the Pulte board which currently oversee them is just as bad. I have yet to meet anyone satisfied with this HOA . Which by the way the HOA works for us and always remember, we the people can and will eventually get them removed . I vote to not wait for the community to be completed but rather proceed with voting for a new HOA management company with Covenants that are fair to all.

My wife and I had an amazing experience purchasing our home at Anderson Point. From our first interaction with Bre, I think we both believed we were going to purchase here. Her personality, industry knowledge and eagerness to address our “wants” made us feel very comfortable.
Our build manager, Russ, answered all of our questions, addressed any concerns and explained the finer details of the construction process and materials used. All the way to our final walk through, Russ made the process very smooth and enjoyable.
We certainly recommend this team and community to anyone looking to purchase a home
