It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and dedicated to making sure residents feel taken care of. • The Property Manager, Kimmie, runs a tight ship and it shows. You can tell she truly cares about the property and the people living here. Her professionalism and "open door" approach make a huge difference in the overall atmosphere of the community.   I’ve had a great experience living at Echelon Park Apartments. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere that really makes it feel like home. The amenities are a nice bonus, and everything is kept in great condition. What truly makes this place stand out is the staff—especially Kimmie! She is absolutely the best. From day one, she has been so helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance, she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and efficiently.   Demetrius London is hands down one of the best handymen I’ve come across at Emerge Oakcrest. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He took the time to explain the issue, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was fixed the right way, not just a quick patch job. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied before he left. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work these days. On top of that, he had a great attitude and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
