They praise themselves on quality...$30000 hole later to discover they don't build to code and the quality aspect of the sewer tie in speaks for itself. Instead of installing a code required 6 inch clean out at the main they just shoved the 4 inch pipe into the 6 inch...wow...just wow!!! The pipe is filled solid from the gap. UPDATE (April 3, 2026): Toll Brothers responded to this review asking me to reach out to “discuss my concerns.” This proved to be a disingenuous PR gesture. I scheduled a call with Carlos (Customer Care Manager), who called 1 hour and 45 minutes late. When we finally spoke, his demeanor was hostile and dismissive. He questioned why I was contacting them at all and stated, “What do you expect us to do about it?”—while attempting to deflect responsibility by referencing their acquisition of Sharp Residential. To be clear: I did not initiate contact—Toll Brothers publicly invited it, then wasted my time and handled the interaction unprofessionally.
