    I had a great experience when I came by this apartment complex. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well put together. The leasing staff, especially Tyra, was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire visit smooth and informative. The property itself looked well-maintained, clean, and peaceful. I also noticed how organized everything was, which really stood out to me. The amenities seem like a great bonus and definitely add to the overall appeal of the community. Overall, I had a very positive impression and would definitely recommend checking this place out. Big thanks to Tyra for making the experience so pleasant!

    This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Beware it looks good on The outside but once you get in, that’s when everything goes down hill. When we needed something fixed, they would fix something that we didn’t ask them to fix and never fixed the original problem. When we first got our washer and dryer They just dropped it off so we had to hook it up ourselves and we even had to order our own parts that was missing. We couldn’t get our mail from the mailboxes so we had to go down the street to the USPS to get our mail and once we were able to get our mail from the apartment. Our mailbox didn’t have a lock on it at all just a hole and when they finally put a lock on there, it would never lock so our mailbox remained open the entire time. we had a rat and when we told the office the lady at the office said and I quote “ew y’all have rats”. Maintenance even told us that there is a rat problem, and they even had to get raccoons out of peoples attics. They would only pick up the trash sometimes and one of the bathrooms was clogged the entire time. They charged me extra money on my rent and said it was an accident and never reimburse me for that even though I had other bills that I had to pay. Rent was never the same. It would always fluctuate up and down. There’s a big tree branch hanging over the pool so the pool was always dirty. They had to Cut holes in our walls just to find out that the apartment above us was leaking into the apartment below us then never fixed the wall for months. The floor was very unstable and you literally felt like you’re going through it every time you stepped on it. And the ceiling would drip from time to time

    Eh .... they throw u the keys and tell u to tour the property yourself ..they had prices online but when u ask about those prices online they act like they are clueless and the apartment start at 1350 all of a sudden .. they painted the railings black so it masks how bad the place is falling apart .. they fire pit area and the color of the paint job looks really nice tho ..eh

    I’ve had a great experience with the office staff and the maintenance team. I submitted a maintenance request and the issue was resolved within about three hours, which was very impressive. The team also kept me updated through the resident portal and sent me a message letting me know I was next on their schedule. I really appreciate the quick response and the great communication. It’s nice to see a team that is organized, professional, and attentive to residents’ needs.
