  I would like to personally thank our agent, Macey😉Mac, and Mark Spain Realty for providing seamless & professional service while selling our home, in my opinion, in record time! Our home had already been on the market for several months due to unforeseen personal events. I was referred to Mark Spain, after resuming the process, by our TRUSTED former broker who has been assisting us for 25+ years, with purchasing our previous 2 homes in GA. Needless to say, Macey assured me, from the beginning, that they would get the job done. And I must admit she was 100% correct! I would recommend Mark Spain Realty to all of my friends and family!

  We had an excellent experience with Mark Spain Realty selling our home. Our realtor, Macey, did an amazing job guiding us through the entire process. As first-time sellers, we had a lot of questions, and she truly held our hand every step of the way. Her communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. We felt informed and supported from start to finish.   I wanted to share my experience with Amanda! Yall if I could give her 100000000 stars I would. This woman not only came to my home on a sunday (ive had others realtors tell me no) she was able to assess my situation and within 48 hrs had me exactly what i was looking for. Amanda was patient with me. (Im not the easiest to deal with) she listened to understand my situation not just to sell my house, and even tho at the last minute, my situation changed and I decided not to sell she was not upset, instead she said Girl just call me when you are ready! When I do decide she will be my only call! She should be yours too! Thank you Amanda!!!!

  What an easy and wonderful experience it was to work with Mark Spain realty and the people there, specially Patrice Williams. Not only is she a delight to know and work with, but she will literally bend over backwards to see to your needs and comfort in moving ahead. Couldn't have asked for a better agent.
