  I lived here for 4 years and have seen 3 different property managers. The buildings are older so I wasn't expecing much. I used to joke that it was staying together with duct tape and bubble gum. It wasn't until Rene came to manage the property did improvements start around the property and community began between residents. The maintenance staff was great. They did the job right the first time instead of doing a quick fix and seeing how long it would hold out. They are attentive and quick to respond to any requests. The front office staff, Rene and Zayanna, always greeted my by name and were always friendly, even when I had a complaint. They care about the residents and the property. If my job hadn't taken me away, I would have renewed my lease again.

  I’ve lived here for years and love it! There’s been so many great improvements to the property in the last year and it shows. The current office team is super welcoming, and maintenance is always on top of things. Rene and Zayanna are the sweetest and really care about the residents, not just rent checks. I actually look forward to stopping by the office to say hi and grab a snack from their snack bar. Definitely feels like home, and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!

  I have been living out here since April and this is a really great apartment complex to live at. Zayanna and Rene are very nice and respectful. The maintenance is always quick and helpful. Definitely recommend this apartment complex! Great price for the area!

  I don’t like there maintenance people yall need to fire them they don’t help the lady she doesn’t do nothing she just acts dumb and the guy sorta helps with any maintenance problem yall have bad maintenance people

  I live in the Sedona Falls apartments, I do not like the quality of the apartments as you can see there is a lot mold in the bathroom walls since I moved in, the floor is not fixed properly, the mirror doors are broken as well. The monthly price is not coherent with the quality of the apartments every year the price goes up as well. The moment I moved in, it was all I could afford so I went with it. But as soon as I can I will move to a better property.
