- BJB JMar 5, 20251.0Our home buying experience with Toll Brothers has been absolutely horrible. They have one objective and that is to cut corners and force you to buy the home without properly addressing legitimate errors on their part. I will update this post and share much more. For the time being, I’ll share that they inadvertently painted our $5,000 upgraded door black. When we attempted to address it prior to closing, they responded and stated that they would not replace it. They attempted to strip it from black and stain it walnut as we had originally ordered. The door looks horrific and has rough spots, black point residue, and black streaks. Brianna Glassic from Toll Brothers, mentioned that this door was “professionally repaired”.
