- AAAriJan 10, 20232.0This neighborhood isn’t worth the money, the new leasing agents are trying though. You can only do so much in a neighborhood where the buildings are falling apart (literally). Trash overflowing, extremely thin walls, mold everywhere, roaches.. etc. Have the lowest expectations you can and you’ll love it. You barely get what you pay for, but if you're desperate in a move, I 100% get it. The prices have gone up every year and I have no idea what "renovations" they are doing besides in some of the townhomes that are nearly $2,000 now. You can find better quality for your money elsewhere. I gave two stars for effort.
