  I absolutely love living at this apartment complex! The office staff is amazing. I appreciate that the office staff is helpful and kind. She really goes above and beyond, even planning fun little events like pumpkin carving that make the community feel welcoming and special. The maintenance team also deserves a huge shout-out. Anytime I’ve needed help in my apartment, they’ve responded quickly and taken care of everything right away. It’s such a relief knowing issues are handled ASAP. Overall, this is a great place to live, and I truly appreciate everyone who helps make it feel like hom

  So far, my experience with Balfour Marietta has been great. Jeanni, from the leasing office, worked with me through every step to help us get moved it. She is sweet and timely and answered all my questions. She even made sure it was cleaned before I moved in. Thank you!

  I moved here not too long and i love it!!! My unit is everything i wanted and needed, mainteinance is always on time and Jenni is the best!! She was incredible and Made My moving process so easy. I am more than grateful for this unit and the staff. Very clean, quiet environment. There are also so many restaurants and stores around. I really recommend these apartments for a quiet, Nice and afforfable living!!

  I’m disappointed, the staff is friendly however when I took the tour I was showed one thing and was given the keys to something completely different. Im going to have to make it work but im literally in tears. They said the reason was because someone got approved before me and took the other one, I just wish I was given a heads up! Update: The walls in every room look like they painted over railroad tracks. It’s absolutely terrible. I’m gonna have to find something to cover every wall in this place because I don’t think they’re gonna repaint it. They told me I could, but I’m not doing that. It’s gonna take too much work to sand all of these walls🙄 And I shouldn’t have to. I just moved in here last week. All of the baseboards are dirty. There’s marks there’s holes. I’m gonna add some photos cause I’m not over exaggerating. I’m just making preparation on how I can make it livable, Stay away from the roaches that I know we’re in the walls because the top of my kitchen cabinets were full of dead ones, I’m gonna mask the majority of the imperfections with decor to soothe My soul because every day I notice something different I found a hole in the back of my toilet today and a spider was coming out of it. It’s hard to be grateful and humble and happy because I really needed a space but feeling like I was slapped and just givin any old thing without any preparation for someone to move into. It feels really disappointing and it’s like nobody actually cares so I’m expressing it the best way I know how so that I can move on and hopefully warn anybody else before you decide to try to move here. Make sure you view the apartment you’re actually getting. I made a move-in special so my rent is like 12 something so I guess you get what you pay for but after a year I think it’s gonna go up till like 15 there is no way I’m still gonna be here in this space for that I think corporate acknowledged my review and told me to reach out which I did, but of course I haven’t gotten a response
