I care about the community and where I live and I’m extremely proud to call Balfour Marietta home . From the grounds to maintenance, things are taken care of quickly. I appreciate the promotions and themed giveaways Jeanni does for the community. It’s a nice treat and allows residents to fellowship and get to know each other since we don’t have amenities like a pool, gym or club house. In 2022, we had our share of growing pains when I first moved in but I’m truly appreciative for being here for 4 years and counting. Keep up the great work Balfour Marietta!

Even answered questions that I was not sure about and the next thing I knew I have my keys and moving in. I enjoy the area where the apartment is I can tell it is quite and respectful community thanks for having us.
