  I absolutely love living here! The property managers made the moving process super easy and listened to all of my concerns. The unit, as well as the property, has been well maintained and well cared for. The amenities here are amazing as well! The distance to shopping, eating, entertainment, and etc. is super convenient which is a huge plus. I highly recommend this property!

  I lived here for 16 months and Tim and Keikora were nothing short of phenomenal! Any time there was any sort of maintenance concern it was quickly resolved. The property is very clean and very SAFE. Every month there were fun community activities. All of the amenities were always well taken care of. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about the station. We will definitely miss living there!

  First off the last couple of positive reviews I honestly don't feel are real, I have lived on this small property going on 3/4years and have never seen these people????? My experience living here was good other than normal small things that come up on any property! Kudos to the MAINTENANCE team that was in place prior to me leaving the care and concern they have to ensure your apartment/home is comfortable is amazing. Doug and Shonda made an AMAZING team! What I will say is the property management team don't really invest in the property itself! BUDGETING concerns, so broken outside furniture, ripped umbrellas and pool furniture for saying this is a luxury property is in TERRIBLE shape, BEING HONEST ,hopefully this will be year of replacing it! The property didn't get walked daily unless you went in the office and reported an issue with something it wasn't a priority as it should have been! The hallways, the floors and grounds..should be walked EVERY morning by management! The residents shouldn't have to report smelly trash or trash cans left out overnight or roaches laying dead on the floor nearby. Residents shouldn't have to report dog urine in elevators or on the carpets in the hallways, especially in the 1st floor where your guest come in at??? if the property manager walked the building daily these are things he would be aware of! Since I have lived there the security of the property is a BIG ISSUE, expect your car to be broken into unless you pay an $100- $125 extra for a garage! Lastly PLEASE READ through YOUR LEASE agreement THOROUGHLY, Management will access your unit without your consent! Take the time to read the ENTRY portion of your lease agreement! Very Important, they will tell you they won't but THEY will and DID! It's a very quaint property with great people that lived there unfortunately a lot of professional people that was there during my stay started leaving because of the new people moving in. The NOISE and WEED became too much! It comes through the vents from floors down it's in the elevators and often times in the hallways! Although it's a smoke free property, it's not enforced. Move with caution and definitely do your due diligence before hand!

  I have to say this cause it's my review but I door dashed there this evening and Soon as I walked into the lobby it was smelly had this stuffy musty odor and all the trash sitting out in the hallways on the 4th floor made the smell even worser on that floor...Needs to be cleaned asap...ok bye!
