  Vincent our maintenance staff received a ticket from me concerning my ice machine. He quickly came and fixed it. He has such a great personality. He’s not easily bothered at all. Thanks Vincent for everything.

  After living here for the first month, I can say that this apartment complex has been great and the front office has done a fantastic job helping me get settled in to my first apartment. The maintenance team is extremely friendly and polite when I had to file an emergency work order at 5:30 a.m., and the problem was fixed within 3 hours. I live on the first floor and the apartment is extremely sound-proof and I have not a had a single negative experience or interaction with any neighbors. If you’re looking for a place to rent, I would highly recommend this place.

  Austin, our maintenance gentleman, came not even 12 hours after I put in the request online (which was super easy). Thank goodness it was an easy fix... Something about a clogged line in the drip pan. I can't remember exactly because I'm not maintenance inclined. Austin was very professional and nice! Thank ya'll so much!
