Poor Maintenance and Zero Accountability at Wembly at Overlook
If you rent here, be prepared to chase down your own maintenance. It feels like their rule is that if you do not complain twice, it does not matter.
I submitted a work order for a broken dryer and heard nothing for days. I finally went to the office in person and was told it is “pending” because a third party would come Wednesday, but they were not sure. I asked for a simple email confirmation since I have a gate for my cats that I need to remove. No response.
Wednesday came, and they showed up unannounced, then refused to fix it because of the gate. When I called again, they told me I would have to wait another week, until next Wednesday. They also said they would call back around noon with an update. They never did. I called them at 1 PM and was told to wait until next week.
You pay $25 per month for the dryer, supposedly for convenience. Instead, you get a once-a-week chance that someone might show up. Completely unprofessional.
I told them that we will buy our own and they can pick up their unit "at their convinient and not next Wedsnesday."
If you value communication, accountability, or timely repairs, look elsewhere.
Update: Still no one from their team picked it up after I dropped in the office and request them to pick up their units. They were suprised that we got it delivered and installed within 3 days, counting the weekned. Yeah, normally service is faster if you paid for it. And also, the owner did not include a number or contact to "discuss" them. So, how?
